He carefully and thoroughly explained how the new instruments work, their benefits and advantages over my previous pair, and he took time to explain the process of programming them to meet my specific needs. I now have my third pair of Widex hearing aids from Franco and am very satisfied with the service and the hearing aids I received.

I was visiting from the US staying in Franschhoek. While on a day trip to Hermanus my cochlear batteries started to die and I left my backups at the Hotel. Being bi-laterally implanted this could have been a disaster, Hermanus being a small tourist town. Franco Coetzee at the Hearing practice was able to find me some batteries even though I was not a patient. He saved the day! Great service and Patient care
